Craig - If you’re looking for a gym experience, where you don’t really know anyone, you don’t care to talk to anyone and you want to walk around with your music in your ears ignoring everyone……… you probably need to keep scrolling….this isn’t the best choice for you!

This is a community, and this is a collection of people who encourage support and help each other to push themselves just a little bit further in the pursuit of their own personal goal, whether that is getting fitter, becoming more healthy, or just challenging themselves every day to be stronger and more healthy.

Devin and Jackie are creating a community where you learn something new every class and encourage and support others. It’s amazing and they’re dedicated to helping you achieve your personal fitness goals. I cannot recommend this place enough. The classes are challenging but realistic and adaptable for all levels of fitness and they are really building something special!

Parker - Performance & Recovery Group sets the standard on how all gyms should be. Good equipment, good programs, and most importantly, good people. Devin and Jackie along with the team they have put together has made me feel welcome at PRG. I trust in their demonstrated knowledge and strength to help pave the path on my journey to find my better self.

Eric - Caught a workout while in town and this place really hit the mark! Morning class with people across a range of experience levels and the staff were able to coach everyone without interrupting the flow of the workout. Great space and super positive, motivated folks 💪🏽

Braiden - Initially I went into Performance & Recovery Group apprehensive it would be a the right fit for me. Gyms have always put a bad taste in my mouth for not being very accommodating to newer members. Normally I would walk in a new and not really have any structured workout plan or any real idea of how to maximize my time in the gym.

Performance & Recovery Group gave me a new outlook on going to gyms. The gym is clean, all the equipment is new. The community is welcoming and pushes each other to be better every day, and there is a challenging workout program that is completely scalable for your fitness level.

Tucker - I’ve been a PRG remote member for a week so far. Needless to say PRG knows what they are doing and I would highly recommend them to anyone from beginner to elite. Devin has been extremely helpful and reaches out on a daily basis.

Drew - The Crossfit gym you've been waiting for -- hardcore WODs, but with coaches who actually understand biomechanics. The programs place a heavy emphasis on form and mobility. Highly recommended.

Cade - PRG stands out to me because in addition to an awesome facility and coaches, they facilitate a close knit community that motivates and pushes you to get the most from yourself. It’s the perfect gym to improve your fitness and crush your goals. I’ve recommended PRG to all of my friends without hesitation.

Chuck - Worth every penny. I had been working out consistently for about a year before training at PRG. It is truly somthing else. The coaching staff is awesome and they're motivated to help you reach your personal goals.

Josh - Phenomenal instructors, great equipment and challenging/awesome workouts. Killer environment to get strong and healthy in.

Brandon - The performance and recovery group Devin and Jackie put together is the real deal. Their team of physical therapists and trainers balance out the holistic experience for anyone looking to improve their mobility, posture/form, and strength - all important for injury prevention, stress management, and athletic performance. You won’t receive the value they provide by watching YouTube videos alone. If you want to be part of a community that encourages gradual improvement, this is a perfect solution for you!

Melvin - Devin and Jackie create a tremendous atmosphere for people to improve their fitness. They do a great job of providing lots of scaling options for all movements and provide feedback to every student on form throughout class. Foster a fun and positive training environment for the whole family!

Will - Fantastic community that pushes each other to be better everyday! I love coming in every morning and starting my day right! Great gym and a better group of people!

Jason - I joined this gym because I appreciate Devin's mentorship mentality in anything that he instructs on. Also, having done numerous firearm trainings with Devin when his shirt comes off - it's obvious he knows a thing or two about fitness. Devin and his wife Jackie can work with anyone at any level to help them become a better version of themselves. I'm 2wks in to working with this group of health and fitness professionals, and I'm enjoying learning how to properly complete workouts that I previously would've done incorrectly and likely injured myself. The facility is clean and brand new with all the most up to date modern equipment. The classes are formatted in a way that you can come and participate no matter where you are in your fitness journey. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Truly the best of the best.

Leslie - I came to Performance & Recovery Group with my sister’s family. They had trained with firearms with Devin and my nephew has been working with Devin for advancing in the military. So, I have heard about Tactical Cowboy for a few years. I was intimidated to go to a gym where I was so out of shape. But, my goal I have been working on for myself this past year is to get myself healthy in my body, mind, and spirit. From the first “trial” workout we did, I felt a difference. My attitude wasn’t, I can’t do this. Because of the constant encouragement, for the first time since I was a teenager, I feel powerful in my own body. I am learning how to do exercises properly and with some modifications. But most importantly, I am learning an “I can” mentality from the encouragement of participants and the amazing Soto duo/trio 💕. I could have easily walked out the first night and told myself this wasn’t my fit, but when everyone is cheering each other on, it is hard not to believe in yourself. For the first time in a long time I can feel a good change in what my body can do. I go into exercises positively. I leave looking forward to our next session. I feel good. I feel like I am learning to live my best life and it is thanks to Performance and Recovery Group. The workouts are amazing and built on their 4 Pillars: Strength, Endurance, Mobility, and Power. Joining this group is teaching me that I am powerful and I am ready for the best part of my life! Thank you Performance and Recovery Group. You are all truly inspirational!!!
